I honestly did not plan for One a Day – 100 to coincide with the anniversary of the founding of Morelia, but I’m happy that it did. This photo has appeared on this blog before, but I thought it was fitting to run it again for this day. This is from my first photo walk with my DSLR, the first good digital camera I owned after many years using film and inexpensive digitals. I did my post processing at that time in LightZone, a long gone application I don’t miss. I did a few changes before I put this version up, but the limitations of LightZone as the original base processor leave me with fewer choices than I would want today. Still, I love this image and the moment it captures.
