I guess it is odd that from a fair celebrating the deep, flavorful sauce that is Mexican mole – I bring back no pictures of the dish. None. Nada.

But really, if you have ever eaten mole in Mexico, you know why. Your fingers, your face – become smeared with the sticky sauce and it is not a good sauce for cameras. No – not recommended.

So what we have are some photos of the non-mole parts of the fair that we visited after eating. They are a story in themselves and there will be one more set – tomorrow.
