This photowalk is mostly about details. Paint peeling off exposing decades of color changes, a small ceramic tile as a sign for a coffee shop, etc. We miss the details too often but it is the little bits that give flavor to the whole. Without them, the city would be very drab indeed. I love the angel – it was just sitting in the doorway of a torta shop. It must have been from a large nativity scene or something. The design is very striking.
