I’m usually not a big fan of your average “new jazz.” When it comes across as disorganized and accidental – it fails to reach me. But, PAGA is different. The three musicians in this group are each accomplished as individuals and they can hold their own in any situation. In practice, that means they have the confidence and experience to collaborate with strength. They know where they are going and in fact, they get there every time.
