Last part of the series from Renee, Todd and Jorge. I’m feeling very confident with the new editing setup. Of course, it is mainly the monitor that is different – but these are photos after all. It is all about how you see them and realize their potential. I can’t tell you what makes me go one way or another in post-processing. It is just how the image “feels.” It usually tells me – but I often go for a straightforward interpretation first. When that doesn’t say anything to me – it is ok. I’ve eliminated all the little problems that come out of low light, slow shutters, contrast, etc. Then it is off to, “What is it saying?”
