It has been too long to wait for these photos but – I had to finish the work for the exhibition at Macaz. It is done now. 89 photos went to the museum this morning in a taxi, all packaged in cardboard and bubble wrap. The coming Wednesday is the press conference. It has been a long road, but I know I will do it all over again.

This is a very large group of photos – but I love every one of them. Being more in control of my work – to the extent that I can get what I want from all of them has downsides. I spent a lot of time deciding on which photos should be in this set. I cut many that I wanted to do – but in the end – I’m going out tonight to shoot again. I have an other shoot in backlog. I have to move on.

I love doing this.
