Between the limitations imposed by the pandemic and some health issues of my own, this has been a thin year so far for concerts and pictures of concerts. Not much anyone can do but push through it and we’re all trying to get back to a normal life as soon and as safely as possible. Stompin’ is a relatively new group in the Jazz Manouche style popularized by Django Reinhardt in the 1930’s. They have a good sound aided by a very strong clarinet and rhythm guitar and they kept the audience glued to their seats during their session. Next week, there will be an evening of blues, so things are gradually getting back to normal. Little by little…
