When A Love Electric comes to Morelia, we’re getting something special, something out of the ordinary, something cool and a bit on the edge. It’s always a pleasure and this performance was no exception. It’s been too long.
I took some liberties with the photos this time, shooting and editing a bit out of the box. I’m especially happy with the blur paintings of Aaron – they are always unpredictable but they worked this time, the triptych of Hernan – all lines and saturation, and that lady with her finger in her ear – listening to Todd. He’s really good, maybe you should try both ears. I do my treatments with great respect – these guys, and all musicians, are working in tough times and turning in great performances. In my mind, I’m saying something, highlighting their work. I hope you’re seeing some of the though behind the work all of us are doing.
