During the hottest and driest month of the year here (May) – it makes me happy to know we will have yet another beer festival this month. Micro-brewing is growing quickly in Mexico. We love our beers and the brewers that work out a way to make great beers with limited resources are heroes. And they should be – it takes a lot of passion and persistence.
