I’m feeling generous today so you get a lot more photos in this post than usual. Actually my friend Valda persuaded me to leave the house for a while in the evening and of course, to take some photos. I thought about splitting this into two posts but I wanted to keep the continuity of the walk together so – here it is.
The streets and park were very busy last night, but it is the Christmas holiday and I’m sure families wanted to get out of the house for the evening with their kids in the middle of their two week vacation. The last photo, “Closing the Day…” was taken in front of the entry to our little apartment courtyard on Aldama. The pickup is in front of the school that during school days regularly spills children and parents onto our street. They have tall poles of cotton candy that, now at the end of the day, will be taken home and returned tomorrow for another opportunity to sell sweets to the kids.
Good stuff Mike!
Thank you Doreen!
